Once our personnel are deployed, a dedicated welfare support unit is activated. This team consists of full time personnel supporting all matters relating to operational and welfare support for the deployed personnel.
A dedicated hot line phone number and email address is communicated to personnel and their family and friends and can be accessed 24 / 7 / 365.
This unit also helps in setting up all operatives bank accounts prior to deployment and resolves various banking needs of the operative or their dependents as they arise and liaises with the bank regarding the need for PINs, standing orders, statements and supporting documentation.
This unit supports all family related welfare matters and assists the client in verifying any compassionate leave requests.
This unit works together with the clients logistic and HR teams in managing personnel who may come back for various reasons (terminated, compassionate leave, annual leave, end of contract and any other reason) with logistical support and in house paperwork such as return travel dates if appropriate, new pre deployment medical and police screenings and government clearances from ISO, MGL&SD and Immigration and make sure that the personnel travel on the given day with a dedicated team to drop personnel to the airport.
